The management of the assets is based on fine tuning returns, maintaining the physical condition of the asset, while exploring opportunities to enhance value. TAMERIC continues to explore the enhancement of its existing portfolio of assets, while actively seeking ways of growing the number of assets under management by acquisition.
In particular it will focus on its key markets of Germany and London, where there is both opportunity and the means to invest in assets which will perform well, giving investors a satisfactory return, with a minimum exposure to risk.
Ireland will continue to be challenging, but here too opportunities continue to present themselves which TAMERIC is particularly well placed to capitalise on, in both the commercial property market in Dublin and the residential development of Kildare.
